Appellant, Russell Cox, was convicted by a jury of two counts of murder of the first degree, of criminal conspiracy and of possessing an instrument of crime, and one count of rape. At the Conclusion of the penalty phase of appellants trial, the jury returned a sentence of death for each of the two murder convictions. The present direct appeal ensued. We affirm.
